Patrica is an accredited psychotherapist and a member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

She works primarily from a Gestalt based perspective and is also trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) which incorporates CBT skills and techniques.
